    As a TB Rays fan i would be thrilled if the Jays did this. As a jays fan, why would we want an ARod like contract on the books and not address the more pressing needs. catcher and starting pitching. It's not going to happen. no way. ever.

    The sad part is that i truly do believe that JJ liked the city and playing for Gibbons. I'm sure his agent has convinced him that with all things being equal that a one year deal in a pitcher friendly park is the best route for him and his family.

    Hey All, Just wanted to know who''s getting flex packs this year? Last year was the first time in a few years that i didn't get one just because work was kinda crazy and i didint want to be locked into certain games and instead of just bought individual tickets. Anyways, I see that they have "flex cards" now. Does anyone know how they work? Can you still print out hard copies? I usually like to give a few tickets to my brothers as gifts. Do you really have to show ID when you enter with your flex card?

    As long as Ryan Goins isn't the starting 2nd basemen next year i could get on board with pretty much anything. My first choice would be to give Melky a roids buddy and see if we could grab Jhonny Peralta. I like his position flexibility and he seems to be doing alright in the extremely small sample that is the playoffs.
