    Saying Canada can't score because of 5 games at Copa America would be the equivalent of saying a baseball team full of good hitters at the MLB level can't hit because they had a low batting average at the World Baseball Classic. What do you define as 'elite level'? Most people would say guys who play on above average teams in the top 5 leagues in the world and if that's how you define it then Canada is already there. Its funny because the defense has always been the issue with Canada and now after a new coach comes in and we don't score a bunch of goals despite creating a ton of chances now this team can't score. France never scored more than 1 goal in any game at the Euros. They must be a generation away from developing multiple elite level offensive players. They compete... But let's face it, that team can't score.
