  1. No lol. I haven't had coffee yet. i'm so dum I edited the post. but Gavin Lux*
  2. Okay. I considered many albinos here but i'm going to go with Gavin Lux
  3. I'm hereeeee. I'll have his pick in 3 mins.
  4. Can we please have Gruber on the podcast, his meltdowns would be so fun to listen to.
  5. Will get you the whitest prospect i can find.
  6. There was also this! Eric A Longenhagen 3:11 We're working on updating org lists between now and the trade deadline. Early guys I'm pushing to move up based on my looks and talking to scouts so far this season include: 3:13 Thomas Jones, Jose Devers, Ranger Suarez, Spencer Howard, Oscar Mercado, Kevin kramer, Oneil Cruz, Stu Fairchild
  7. Joe 2:13 Been seeing a lot of love lately for Oneil Cruz. Odds of sticking at short? Will the bat play anywhere? Eric A Longenhagen 2:15 He's performing better than last year but looks the same from a scouting perspective, which is to say he's physically remarkable and very talented but still looks really awkward at times. 2:16 If he stays at short it would be historic, he's listed at 6-6- but someone with LAD told me they measured him at 6-8 when he arrived for his final spring with LA before he was traded. I can't see that playing at shortstop. I've seen Cruz play third and thought he was playable there but that he'd eventually move to RF. He's one of the weirded prospects in baseball
  8. Were you reading the fangraphs chat today? lol

  10. Holy s***.
  11. In the fantasy league I help my brother with he left Soto on the bench today and when I questioned him why he would do that his logic was Kyle Schwarber, Cain and Haniger had a higher owned % on espn fantasy so he assumed they were better plays. I have disowned him and don't consider him family anymore.
  12. Can I suggest Podcast of Despair? no? ok fine, radio scouts podcast.
  13. Yes but he's not really a risk of not signing
  14. Maybe this will make him feel better. 'Only 18, Medina is still years away from the majors — and being able to purchase alcohol. That has not stopped him from turning heads in his short two years of professional baseball. With MLB.com’s rankings recently updated, he now sits at No. 7 in a system rich with pitching. A 100-mph flamethrower before he even turned pro, Medina signed with New York for a bargain $280,000 out of the Dominican Republic in 2015. With a curve and a change to accompany his heater, MLB.com’s scouting report claims Medina has the best pure stuff in New York’s system. Expectations for him are already sky-high despite his age. Here’s more from the report: “Medina is still young and extremely raw, so he’ll need time to reach his lofty ceiling as a frontline starter. He’s has yet to learn to tame his electric stuff, though New York believes he can develop at least average control and command because his delivery doesn’t feature much effort. The Yankees are loaded with quality pitching prospects, and he could be the most successful of them if he can add some polish.”
  15. Makes sense. Alright, well....Boxy will take Luis Medina of the New York Yankees. (Hopefully Boxy is not a stat scout) But Medina might have the highest upside of any MILB pitcher, and he's with probably the best organization that develops pitching. I like the combination of juicy talent and an org that does a great job of developing it.
