    Me too. It wasn't too many years ago that I could go days without seeing Jays merch (I'm in K-W). Now I see hats and shirts all the time, a younger crowd at the games, and it seems the Jays are just much more in the forefront of the sports consciousness than they used to be.

    Yeah. And like you said, the amazing thing is how quickly that turned around. They were putrid for a decade and a half, seemed to be going completely nowhere, had the Korea thing, and even Tony Lacava turned down the GM offer. They really were the laughingstock of the AL, along with the Royals I guess.
