No he's been pretty awful. The front office banked on him being able to transition leagues and still be elite and they were wrong. This looks like a perfect case where you need to trade this guy NOW before it only gets worse and we will get to a point where he holds no trade value and is a washed up Wakefield clone.

AA should deal Dickey at the deadline. Hope some NL team still values the guy and thinks he can pitch better in a league with no DH and a pitcher to face. If he stinks it up against next year this guy will have almost zero value. People will say trading him now is selling low, but if he continues to stink his value will only plummet.

Yep this season is dead and we should just hope some of our players play well and up there trade value. It was depressing to hear AA on radio today being just about as delusional as ever. Saying things like this team is capable of winning 8 games in a row LOL

Honestly. I think theres a better chance this team finish's 15 games below .500 then them actually getting back to the .500 mark. This team is just a awful baseball team.

That Cabrera AB is just a prime example of how stupid this team is and our commentators are such dinosaurs. 2-2 and then he swings at 2 balls WAY outside the zone and Buck the idiot says " You see him protect the plate there"!!!!. The pitches werent even CLOSE. Melky should have been on first base having taken a walk, 2 on no out but instead he ends up flying out.

Agreed. I bet if they played Thole or any decent enough catcher defensively, the teams pitching would improve immediately.

I've been proposing Bautista and Josh Johnson to the Rangers for like 2 months. I know trading him would suck but it looks to be the right move for this franchise to make.
