Wings
1. Trim raw chicken wings
2. Toss wings in bowl with a little bit of franks red hot sauce
3. Toss wings in flour
4. Put on baking sheet on a piece of parchment. Brush a little grapeseed oil on both sides of wings.
5. 20 minutes in the oven at 425
6. Flip and another 10-15 minutes at 425
Glaze
1. Combine garlic, ginger, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, sriracha, fish sauce in small pot.
2. Bring to boil for 2 minutes then turn down to low. Should thicken up and become a liquidy glaze.
3. Drizzle glaze over wings and toss in bowl.
