  1. 2019: $40 million 2020: $30 million 2021: $25 million 2022: $25 million 2023: $25 million 2024: $25 million 2025: $20 million 2026: $20 million 8/$210 total. I think that would be a solid offer compared to what the White Sox are serving up. Slightly front loaded should appeal to the player and leaves increased financial flexibility to the Jays in the future. With that said, I don't think there's a chance Machado would take this deal. But it would still be nice to be in the mix for a high-end free agent for once.
  2. Brito already posted on our top 30 prospects on MLB.com at #26
  3. Makes sense to me to retain him and have McGuire be the starting C at Buffalo.
  4. This is actually quite a good idea. Could also help to attract new listeners to the podcast and people to your website. If you got affiliate status might even pull some $ in from subscriptions/donations. I could see stuff like this becoming more and more popular in the future with the younger generation of fans.
  5. Solid deflection attempt from your own stupidity
  6. Who y'all got going in this year: I got: 1. Mo 2. Edgar 3. Halladay I could see Mussina getting in this year too but I think he will probably have to wait another couple years.
  7. Stay away from the big free agents this off-season. If you are going to commit to a 5+ year deal with a player the most important seasons are the first couple. And since we aren't expected to contend in 2019 (or probably 2020 either) it makes sense to wait 1 or 2 off-seasons before spending big bucks. Id much rather see them pursue a free agent pitcher next off-season. Archer, Cole or Sale maybe.
  8. You enjoyed the Yankees making the WS over the Mariners in 2001?
  9. Keep dreamin bud
  10. Would be incredible if he finished the season red hot and managed to hit .400
  11. 6 games for Urena
  12. 6ip 2er 5h 2bb 5k 0hr 96 pitches
  13. Reminiscent of Robbie Alomar there.
  14. ITT: A 45 year old man acts like a crusty ******* while simultaneously using the word bruh. Let the guy have his thread. I for one enjoy looking up the plays he mentions.
  15. Happ Sanchez Estrada Stroman Galigvio Why do you think Garcia gets more starts?
  16. Here's hoping for JA to put up another solid start and keep building that trade value.
  17. The draft is in the 5th round and they've already agreed to a signing bonus with their 3rd round pick? I call BS
  18. I don't understand how they left those guys on the board
  19. Fangraphs has another mock out today. They have us taking Cole Winn at 12 and Seth Beer at 52.
  20. Wings 1. Trim raw chicken wings 2. Toss wings in bowl with a little bit of franks red hot sauce 3. Toss wings in flour 4. Put on baking sheet on a piece of parchment. Brush a little grapeseed oil on both sides of wings. 5. 20 minutes in the oven at 425 6. Flip and another 10-15 minutes at 425 Glaze 1. Combine garlic, ginger, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, sriracha, fish sauce in small pot. 2. Bring to boil for 2 minutes then turn down to low. Should thicken up and become a liquidy glaze. 3. Drizzle glaze over wings and toss in bowl. Best f***ing wings you've ever tasted.
