  1. I leave the tv for 20 minutes and all of a sudden were up 5-2..haha how did this happen??
  2. Morrow did not have it at all today, luckily the jays are only down 2 runs.
  3. I agree I just don't think he will be as good as scouts initially predicted. I like his speed and his defense but thats about it.
  4. Thought it was too good to be true!
  5. I will admit that its a very very small sample..but like others have suggested if they cannot land a big free agent 2b or trade for one, I'm okay with going with Goins and his D first approach. With the offensive guys we would have on our roster next year (Bautista, EE, Rasmus, Reyes, Lawrie and hopefully a good 1B/DH) he wouldn't be relied on to hit .280
  6. agreed, excited for the stretch of al east games coming up.
  7. I was thinking the last night while watching the game, he looks like Alvarez but with the ability to actually strike guys out.
  8. I agree I havent missed his "antics" at all, he hasnt done much this year outside of his defense.
  9. as much as I hate to admit it, they aren't showing many signs of being able to comeback and win it.
  10. Perez has one of the weirdest deliveries I've ever seen..Any similar?
  11. almost think buck and pat are trying to make thole look bad so the fans will like JP better. (somewhat joking but who knows haha)
  12. oh okay thanks, 28 isnt to bad at all for some reason thought he was older and thats why he hadnt been called him
  13. Frustrates me he cant just slap the ball the other way, he's not getting paid to hit for power so keep the ball on the ground and run out some singles!
  14. its funny he was one of the biggest question marks on this roster, and actually has performed quite well compared to some of the "big names" we brought in.
  15. Have to give credit to Kawasaki, guy runs out everything.
  16. As much as I'd love to say the Jays the rotation is really inconsistent, and now with the injuries to Happ and Johnson we have to rely on Romero(who may not be ready) and whoever fills the 5th spot? Not to mention the other 3 have underperformed big time. A rotation that had a lot of promise before the season began now looks very average.
  17. Love your optimism but lets see what he does over a long stretch, I would love nothing more then to see him hit the ball well as I am sure everyone else would as well. Makes the lineup look a lot more dangerous when he is swinging a hot bat.
