  1. Why are these guys so f***ing anxious; he is literally giving you nothing to hit... just take the freaking pitches
  2. If we try and stop hitting HRs on every pitch, and do what Rangers are doing, maybe we can win this.

  4. Jesus that wrist flick.
  5. I don't particularly care, 'cause this is the internet; but was that comment necessary? I assume forums are to share opinions and have discussions about them. I shared my opinion, not sure why finding something not-classy (albeit I am in general okay with homerun celebrations that have nothing to do with bat flipping the opponent's dugout, and mind you nor am I a yankee sympathizer) is a parameter for evaluating intelligence. I have not gone personal about it, and yet here's an insult as if Rasmus was your kindred and I offended you by indicating what he did was borderline meh. Also I am not archaic, 25 years old; so I am not sure what the norm has been since the inception of the game itself. I am not saying "don't celebrate after scoring", I am saying "why be such a pompous prick doing it". What isn't going into the dugout, cheering out of your mind and doing all these ridiculous dances enough? Or rounding the bases in a slow, deliberate fashion, high-fiving your coaches and sending flying recognition kisses to your fans too small of a show? I mean Rasmus did all of that. I guess he needs to celebrate more, might as well go piss on the Empire State Building, cause yolo! I hit a HR!
  6. There's a difference been feeling emotional and pumped up at your success and showing off to your opponents. Fist pumps? High Fives? Emphatic "YEA"s? Hands up in the air? Thanking God? Those are all in the former category. Those were just the top of my head; I am sure you can scour more playoff HRs where the batters weren't f***ing pompous as hell. Both of them showed emotion, both of them showed happiness and how f***ing excited they were at doing something awesome. Did they bat flip at the opponent's dug out? That is just not a class act. That's pretty much, to say, if the f***ing pitcher that got out of an inning, pointed at opponent's dugout with their glove and scanned the dugout with their arm, like a firing line. If they ACTUALLY challenged you, such as, trying to hit you while pitching, or joking about you in their dugout, or undermining your team, then sure.
  7. I am not biased against Astros specifically; but I feel it to be such a pompous declaration. And looks retarded when that HR means nothing (i.e. in a loss).
  8. Both Rasmus and Gomez did it, like they were challenged to hit a HR or something. I wanted Yankees to win and punch Rasmus' face after I saw that. Freakin... such lack of class.
  9. What is with all the freaking bat flips? When did Astros and Yankees strike up a rivalry... or are these idiots just disrespectul to the game and sportsmanship?
  10. Smart move by them. Let's hope his luck has hit bottom.
  11. f***in Escobar cost Scherzer his perfect game; useless scrub.
  12. It technically is irrelevant but I still want the best record in AL to be of Jays.
  13. nvm. there goes homefield.
  14. I am scared for Osuna in post season.
  15. Just got home; RIP Twins, had to face Royals to fight for a clinch. And that means tomorrow is a must-win for Home Field + wtb, 12 runs & 1 more EE HR.
  16. lol; Pitching change, first pitch - Zobrist double, KC up 2 - 1, no outs. Thanks Twins.
  17. well Buerhle can have his 200 innings.
