  1. We beat up Wheeler, we beat up the righty on the mound in 2nd game against KC (16 hits), we are having tight games against LH Starters with a changeup. For the majority of the season, we only faced righties. That should tell you why.
  2. That changeup has been destroying us; can't seem to differentiate it from a fastball so they are swinging to pull and it turns into a groundball.
  3. They are their best prospects in the rebuild, probably better than the back end of most of their MLB roster.
  4. We did hit it hard in the 1st and 2nd inning with nothing to show lol
  5. Okay they need to stop going after that away changeup.
  6. Uh Espy? wanna run to 2nd there bud?
  7. Berry still has it; 5 Ks through 3, no walks.
  8. Ah softy lefties, here we go.
  9. Good pitch; better hitting.
  10. Another lefty, ohhhhhhhhhh boy.
  11. === The Royals have been a solid offensive team this season, ranked No. 14 in batting average (.244). They are without four of their top five batters this weekend due to the COVID-19 rules, though. Shortstop Bobby Witt Jr., who has 85 hits and 13 home runs, is the only mainstay available. He is facing a Toronto pitching staff that is No. 19 with an ERA of 3.99. Left-handed pitcher Kris Bubic is expected to start for Kansas City on Sunday. He allowed three runs on eight hits and two walks across 5.2 innings against Detroit on Tuesday. Bubic has struggled this year, going 1-6 with a 6.63 ERA. The Blue Jays have been an excellent offensive team, ranked second in the majors in batting average (.261). They are led by shortstop Bo Bichette, who has 98 hits and 49 RBIs. First baseman Vlad Guerrero Jr. has hit 20 home runs and driven in 56 runs. They are facing a Kansas City pitching staff that is No. 27 with an ERA of 4.82. Right-handed pitcher Jose Berrios is expected to start for Toronto on Sunday. He allowed three earned runs on six hits and no walks while striking out a season-high 13 batters across six innings against Philadelphia on Tuesday. Berrios still has a disappointing 5.38 ERA overall this year, though.
  12. A depth move I think since Cole and Verlander won't be able to pitch. The catcher just has to not call the slider.
  13. lol Vlad SR almost hit a soft-ball HR in the Celebrity Allstar Game
