    Agree 100%. This year isn't the time to trade our top prospects. Anyone here honestly think that we will go far in the playoffs? If you watched all our games so far and the blunders they have made you know they need to get a lot better. They are young and foolish in many of their decisions and Montoyo is the worst manager who belongs in a low level minors if even that. I really hope they do well and I cheer for them every game, but I am witnessing errors being made that are not even acceptable in the minors.

    There are other options beside banning if the moderators are giving the power by the admin. Like taking away a poster's right to start new threads or write posts. Deleting a post or thread by a poster. But sometimes there's just no other way but to ban the poster. They are just continuously disruptive or disrespectful.

    Can you imagine what it would be with a competent MLB manager? It's difficult to believe that we are going anywhere with that nightmare of Montoyo. We need to field our best players at all times, it's called having a winning attitude and I just to see that with him.

    Montoyo was never MLB competent. If the Jays are serious about competing he's certainly not the manager to take us there. We should have won all three games in TB. It's so frustrating to watch his s*** show.

    For us to have a chance to compete we need a competent manager, until then we are doomed. What happened yesterday with Montoyo's stupidity will repeat itself.

    You can do both. This isn't an arcade type of game, it's a baseball simulation more like GM and/or Manager. You can create your own leagues or be like the MLB and all it's minors, plus several other world leagues. The options are endless. You will be amazed.
