I swore that I saw his name in a DSL box score a few days ago.
Looking a bit more I see that the June 21 DSL Blue Jays game was completed on July 2nd after it had been postponed. So he showed up in the boxscore but wasn't actually there for the completion.
That makes much more sense now.

I guess it doesn't technically need to be but if you're getting these attendance numbers, own the broadcast rights and get the viewership they do, and have strong merchandise sales across the country, I would really hope payroll goes up.
