  1. SRF gives up a 3-run dinger.
  2. Listening to the Dunedin radio broadcast for a bit. Reid-Foley just hit 98 on the stadium gun and Chris Colabello is playing LF for some reason.
  3. Seems like a pretty reasonable deal. Espinoza could be a superstud and is very young but his results haven't been overwhelming or anything this year. This makes Boston better and they shed a pitching prospect, keeping the two position player prospect beasts they own.
  4. He throws a pitch at 30:35 that has some decent depth but he definitely needs to develop a better breaking ball. I don't want to go full Thanos but he could throw a few more 4-seamers too, I think.
  5. I wonder what Sam Buelens thinks about his life. A 20 year-old Belgian playing in the DSL, hitting under .100 and rarely getting into a game.
  6. Carlos Carrasco is a better example.
  7. Take a look at the post above yours lol
  8. It's incredible how many pitchers the Blue Jays have traded away that are major leaguers or have a good shot to be. Syndergaard, DeSclafani, Hoffman, Musgrove, Sam Dyson, Henderson Alvarez, Justin Nicolino, Daniel Norris, Matt Boyd, Kendall Graveman, Miguel Castro, Jesus Tinoco, Chase De Jong And drafted but not signed: Aaron Nola, James Paxton, Phil Bickford, Brady Singer, Tyler Beede Obviously some of those did-not-signs turned into other good players and a good return was seen on some of those traded away but it's amazing the pitching talent that has slipped away. Everyone here knows this of course, but it's still shocking when you list the names.
  9. That's what I meant. Those are all major league hitters.
  10. Perdomo is overmatched against Bregman and Frazier.
  11. Musgrove pitched like 30 innings for the Blue Jays. Gave him away too soon.
  12. Gary Sanchez has seemingly been a top 100 prospect since the beginning of time.
  13. People still replying to RealAccountant. Shake my head.
  14. Who's getting the $25 A&W gift card, King? Maese or Lizardo?
  15. Did my sarcasm detectors get lost in translation? He's made some nice plays, but let's not get nuts.
  16. I couldn't stand that. The best part was when he criticized sabermetrics for not taking bus ride length and hours of sleep into account then tried to lampoon advanced stats by suggesting that "they" will come up with a statistic specifically for fifth innings of Wednesday day games, or whatever he said.
  17. Yeah, Lizardo's barehanded play to end the 4th was a great play. I thought he was projected as more of a 1B type but he looks like he can maybe stick at third.
  18. Just tuned in to see Maese (pronounced "my essay" apparently) dominate in the top of the third. Power, power sinker looks like too much for these short-season hitters.
  19. Governator HAS to make the GDT tomorrow.
  20. This is reminiscent of Thursday's game right now.
  21. Following on Gameday right now. How the hell did Saltalamacchia stop that 1-2 pitch against Travis from going to the backstop? Or maybe it did and Lake didn't advance?
