The thing is that he didn't let Romano pitch the 10th yesterday where we needed K's just so that he would be available today. Then we don't even need him today and he uses him anyway. As s***** as our relievers are right now, Dolis or Castro could have finished this off. We could have won yesterday and today with proper bullpen management. I'm going to let it go though. Happy we won today.

We wouldn't be if he let Romano pitch the 10th yesterday.

This is the s*** that pisses me off. You wouldn't let Romano throw 2 innings so that you could use him today with a 5 run lead? Dolis could finish this off. f*** let Bergen do it.

I'm guessing it's Dolis if we don't win it

This way Charlie can still use Romano tomorrow. He prefers to make sure he can use his pitchers on back to backs with a day of rest in between rather than give a guy 2 innings and maybe give him 2 days off no matter the circumstances
  16. bronson44
Romano threw 12 pitches. Thought they could have got one more inning.
  17. bronson44
If we don't win it here Romano should get the 10th

Why not pinch run Jansen since he's coming in anyway. He's faster than Rowdy
  21. bronson44
    ya that was confusing

So f***ing worried about handedness this guy even if it means bringing in a AAA lefty to blow a game rather than let your best reliever get out of his own mess
  23. bronson44
Montoyo can't manage a bullpen at all. He's been burning these guys out all year and it's catching up to him.
  24. bronson44
Romano must not be available for some reason so at least let Chatwood try to get out of it
  25. bronson44
I can't believe that just happened. Worst loss of the year by far.
