    I think they will. The budget will be requested by Shapiro after he picks the best off season plan proposed to him by Atkins and staff. Atkins has stated they expect a higher payroll so I'm sure the proposals will all reflect that and I really believe Rogers will be pretty amenable to whatever they ask for. I have a feeling Shapiro can be pretty impressive in a boardroom and I'm sure their ask will be properly backed up by the numbers. I'm damn glad we have this FO in place.
