    No way this FO does that. The only way EE gets close to 25/year is on a shorter term deal. Even then it seems high to me.

    We don't get many Bluejays in BC, but from the sounds of it, they are pricks just like the Magpies out this way. My old cat wouldn't even go outside after a while because of the fear of getting dive-bombed by the SOBs.

    I don't think it'd even take that much for AJ. 2 years @ 14, or one at 8 might get it done at this point. I'd rather roll the dice on Saunders though, who at this point, has a much higher upside. Of course, getting there and staying there will be the tricky part. edit: Dude put up 2.4 WAR in 78 games in 2014...That's why you hang onto him and hope he can hobble for a little while longer.

    Yankees first baseman Mark Teixeira will not return this season after tests showed that he has a fracture in his right shin, GM Brian Cashman told reporters including Mark Feinsand of the New York Daily News (via Twitter). It’s expected that he’ll require three months to recover, Jack Curry of the YES Network adds on Twitter, meaning that he should be ready to go for the spring. -MLBTR

    Same thing in the Interior of BC... I was wearing a Jays T-shirt last weekend and my neighbour was like "Hey i see you have joined me by jumping on the bandwagon!" I had to quickly correct him that i have been on this wagon for a long, long time. Bandwagoners or not, all the buzz is certainly welcome.
