There shouldn't be a freeze on trades. Or maybe one until the start of the dispersal draft? You(and other participants) would be able to trade late round dispersal picks(ex Round 31) at the beginning of the draft for all the Norrises you want.

My offseason has been pretty quiet. In: Justin Verlander, David Price, Jacob Faria, MiLB #112, Waiver #92 Out: Marcel Ozuna, Riley Pint, Dylan Bundy, Franklin Barreto, Jose De Leon, MiLB #33, Waiver #13 Wouldn't it be sweet if Verlander pulls a Nolan Ryan?
