    Yeah, posting info about the fractured skull when you know it is false is a legit law suit. Then the claim waters it down though with a bunch of whining about Rosenthal suggesting teams might be wary of Bauer due to his polarizing social media presence. Would have been stronger without it.

    Good for Bauer. I hope he does some serious damage to Molly and Rosenthal. This is malicious. And the way he has been treated is absurd. There's plenty of players who hit women who didn't get asked to be hit, that received lighter sentences than his limbo. Aroldis Chapman got a 30-game suspension for choking and shoving his gf against a wall, as well as threatening her with a gun, when he fired off 8 rounds. This is a ******** charge.

    Kirk and Moreno both get traded mid-season, because Jansen is having too dominant of a year to ever sit.

    Pretty good game. I didn't cheer on the 4th goal though. Seemed a bit tacky to cheer an own-goal when the game was already decided. Felt a bit bad for Jamaica. Those guys must have been freezing, and it's never fun to play on the road when you've already been eliminated.

    I was kind of hoping for Canada to lose since I'm going to the game on Sunday. Would love to see Canada qualify for the World Cup at home. Hottest ticket in town. Funny, because when I bought Panama tickets, there was plenty. But after that win, they started selling out in minutes.

    So, you'll figure this out, but he has what we call an 'empty batting average' which means that there aren't a lot of extra base hits or walks to go along with that batting average. The opposite kind of player like Matt Chapman might only hit .225, but gets a ton of walks, and hits 30 HR, and is far more valuable.

    Let's hold off on the parade until we see how much money the Jays are sending Colorado.

    This is a stupid deal for the Jays. Risk Paying a bit more than he likely would have gotten. Can't cut him, if he tanks or gets injured for 2023. Reward Maybe save $1-2 million if he puts up crazy numbers.

    Some good points here. While we already had Berrios and Manoah, a full season of them should make a big difference. But assuming we'll be injury free this year, and adding up the additional Springer WAR seems a bit optimistic. We actually did pretty well in avoiding injuries last year. I'd expect to have similar or worse injury luck this year.

    You think replacing the Cy Young winner with Gausman and replacing Matz with Kikuchi nets us close to 7 wins? I don't think so. Break even at best.

    Tony Fernandez: Career leader in Defensive WAR, Games Played, Triples and hits. Also, incredibly class individual. Dave Stieb: Pretty much owns all the SP categories, plus the no-hitter. after like blowing it 6 times in the 9th. Jose Bautista: Career offensive WAR leader. Carlos Delgado; Career leader in RBI, SLG, HR, OPS, Doubles, Walks etc Bautista is 1st to be replaced, assuming Vladdy stays long enough. FYI: Vernon Wells is career leader in AB, Outs made, and GIDP.
