    I know. Just seems to be a common theme. 1) Wait until your turn comes up. (instead of arranging trade before). 2) Announce that you want to trade the pick. 3) Wait 20 minutes to 4 hours (Chappy). 4) Decide you are going to make the pick afterall.

    Just to save people time, the ridiculous trade offers where you got an extra 40 point bump to give up 2 spots are over now. So, no need to delay the draft, to see if there are any suckers left, unless you really want to dump the pick.
