got all the assets on the sheet and have them half-ass listed in terms of Yahoo rankings just for utility. This is not really a critical item, but I didn't get much feedback on the league trophy (Just Spanky and TCA). I wouldn't mind knowing before I (Mrs. z3r0s) time into modifying the file. Is this something people really care about? Will guys actually fold/glue these up if we sent them a file. Just don't want to waste time for nothing if nobody really cares.

I've got the assets from the committed teams on a new spreadsheet tab ('Dispersal Drafts') and will add as others commit. I might get around to sorting the lists by Yahoo rankings.

Once everyone is confirmed I will compile a dispersal draft tab on the spreadsheet with all assets. We should make a deadline to opt in an send a mass email to the league. Is end of day Sunday reasonable? Draft to start early the following week? Should give it enough time to run through before cutdown deadline.

So amid the flurry of league activity, it seems a good idea to bring this back up. A while ago I floated the idea of a DDL trophy. The idea was that it would be a printable trophy (fold and glue type deal) that would be modified (by Mrs. z3r0s) yearly and sent to the league winner. This would save the hassle of high initial cost, high shipping costs, and potential loss/damage of a real trophy, while also allowing a winner to keep a trophy for his accomplishment (much like the world series trophy to boot!). I purchased a template file a while back, but Mrs. z3r0s was subsequently knocked up, and more recently has been looking after this kids. I figured it wasn't a good time to bug her about my fantays baseball trophy... but that time is now! The template looks like this; My request to her was to make some modifications to make it look a little more manly (excuse my toxic masculinity). Removing the green and some of the fluffier details, as well as redesigning the handles were my thoughts. I'd love inputs from you guys on the colours (gold? siliver? other?) and any details you think should be included. The other part of my little scheme was the base. I was thinking it would be a fun idea to have the base of the trophy be made of real wood (I can mill it up) and have that piece be shipped around to the current champion. Something like that could be shipped in a bubble-warp envelop so the costs wouldn't be to bad, and I thought it would be fun to ask that years Town Bike to cover these costs. The base could be added to without much trouble when spaces ran out. So I'd like your thoughts on this as well. Let me know what you think and if its worth our time to do or not. Cheers!

I think the general sense is GoldBull is a really strong candidate, are we pulling the trigger? I assume the final say (as always) is NJH's

very strong candidate. I'd give him my recommendation based on the WTP alone (that's a hard league to be committed too apparently )

Hey All, We need a replacement owner for the OG board dynasty league, the DDL. This is a 20 team dynasty league with 12 player farm teams. Pretty standard scoring cats; R, H, HR, RBI, SB, OBP, SLG, W, SV, K, HLD, ERA, K/BB, OBPA. The league has great history, going on 7th season, and has been pretty stable without massive owner turnover. Its got a fantastic group of owner (pretty much all long time board members) who are all generally good to interact with. Team in question has some decent assets including; Grandal, Rizzo, Cano, Rendon, Paxton, Darvish, Keuchel, E Diaz, and some other intriguing assets. Finished 14th last year, but could improve with some attention. Please reply to this thread with expressions of interest or PM myself or any other league member.

So for the cut-down, draft, etc. Can we start the league now and let everyone drop their cuts, and process trades, etc? Would be way simpler than a commish doing it, even if they have to check peoples work. Then we can just use adds during the waiver draft. njh, you going to send out commish powers to the usual gang of idiots?
