  1. stroman doesn't approve
  2. 96 was a guess prior to checking fangraphs, because I didn't think it would devolve into this before I posted.. You gave a false number by saying 94.3 and are sticking to it, when the facts clearly say its 95.4. You're an absolute moron for tripling down on this and everyone sees it but you.
  3. well Grant had it coming because he made the jab about bannable offenses. Convenient of you to leave that out though! if he's insane enough to get mad over being told he's wrong on the internet, he has bigger problems than me.
  4. I wasn't even trying to wind him up though. Go back and re-read the posts. All I did was ask him why he would refuse to go after Astros pitchers (which is absurd) and then told him that most of Mortons skill increase took place before he got to Houston. I'm sure they boosted his RPM with magic dust which only helped with his added velocity, but still. Then he started flying off the handle because he refused to admit Morton gained velocity when he was with the Phillies (and tried to discredit that gain to small sample size).
  5. Absolutely false
  6. We are all quoting the same thing. Grant was looking at Mortons career fastball velocity (94.3), which is wrong. His fastball velocity - according to Fangraphs, which we have both acknowledged as what we are using, was 95.4 in 2016.

  8. you are wrong, again!
  9. can you stop? they aren't trading Gray for Smoak and Kevin f***ing Pillar pretty much every team in the league could beat that offer
  10. grant is wrong, again
  11. i corrected you for being wrong and didn't get banned.. you got banned for having a hissy fit because you were wrong.. so...
  12. Andrew Stoeten @AndrewStoeten If the Jays really think they're going to carry an 18-year-old pitcher all year, what does that say about @ericpardinho's timeline I wonder? Bring up all the teens! lol Stoeten is a dumbass
  13. lol we took an 18 year old named Elvis
  14. My favourite is the inclusion of Tyler Rogers, the 28 year old who apparently throws 81 MPH he's #50 if anyone made it that far the odds of him getting picked tomorrow are definitely under 1% you can tell he just sorted the baseball reference leaderboard by ERA at that point
  15. he's fat and walks a lot of guys
  16. His 1st and 2nd half splits were insanely drastic
  17. Reds get Tanner Roark for Tanner Rainey. Bour signs with the Angels
  18. he's actually wrong on at least 3 different counts, which is impressive this is true 21
  19. You're wrong, again. 94.3 is his career fastball velocity including 2017 and 2018. He averaged 95.4 in 2016. Also, fastball velocity stabilizes quickly so 17 innings was more than enough to be an indicator of his talent level. Not surprisingly, it carried over into 2017 and 2018. your blood pressure spiked even faster than Mortons velocity when he was with the Phillies
  20. if you want to be a concise, he threw 95.4 (compared to 92.9 in 2015). so you're wrong
  21. Mortons success started in 2016 when he was with the Phillies and started throwing 96.
  22. you guys are going to be disappointed when it's Stroman for Shed Long, TJ Friedl and Lyon Richardson
  23. lol why
  24. Morton gets 2/30 from the Rays
