Once we put CoJo on Westbrook is when we really took control of the game IMO. That last 4 minutes he had Westbrook flustered and bothered, really took him out of the game. Him and Demar were the MVPs of this game for me

I like this team much more than last year - there was a bit of stagnant offense in the 4th but I don't mind going to demar post ups when they have 6'2 guards on him. Great defensive finish after giving it up throughout the first 3 Qs

With this team, it is the opposite. We know they will play good defense but when the opponents defense tightens, will they be able to get a score?

I haven't had a chance to read through the last handful of pages but this is from BPs breakdown of the series: First they have Pennington as the starter over Goins at 2B. And then this beauty of a paragraph... Barring an injury or blowout, Navarro is not going to see action behind the plate. He's unlikely to see action at the plate either, presuming the Jays decide to carry him as their only backup. On a related note, Pompey could be subbed off the roster for someone like Munenori Kawasaki or Josh Thole. If he remains, he'll offer plus speed off the bench. Carrera is even more of a burner than Pompey, and John Gibbons used him frequently as a pinch-runner throughout the season. He also could provide value as the designated bunter, since he led the Blue Jays in bunt hits and finished second in sacrifices.

Delgado has 9 years listed there, 6 over 130 wRC+. Bautista with 7 total years with 6 over 130 wRC+. Unless you think Joey is going to fall off a cliff soon, I'm not sure how someone can say without a doubt Delgado was better -
100%. Especially when almost all of them could be gone in the offseason. Also, further proof Zaun is a complete moron. Saying Stroman should be in mop up duty until he proves he can face MLB hitters. Great way to treat your future ace, bro

We are all in this season, if Stroman does not join the rotation it's a massive fail. Who cares about feelings and egos, move Estrada to the pen and put Stroman, the much better pitcher into the rotation
