    McCutchen and yes I have a system...fired/let go 1 time means you shouldn't be rehired by the same team

    What's the difference between using an opener and taking out the starting pitcher an inning earlier, with a top bullpen arm coming in to face the top of the order presumably when it starts the 3rd time through?
