    No, all of them. We don't want Bo and Biggio up when they aren't playing good. Biggio has looked almost Gurrielesque at 2B this year and Bo can't hit cookies in the middle of the plate

    Teams had to get approval from their city/states, which circumvented rules like this i believe. That's why we couldn't play in Pitt. They wouldn't give approval for a 2nd team/set of games
