  1. The one with 1 error...nah
  2. Nuke the red glove seriously
  3. The metrics say otherwise. MLB snuck in the lead balls again
  4. Lmao 110 MPH 31 LA...perfect hit by Vlad. Didnt even go 400 FT
  5. Top framer this year i believe...but how much longer will that be a valuable skill
  6. I think steeljays nailed it mostly. Either from his size or don't know, he swing speed i think is way down, his mechanics off by a lot, there just isn't anything behind his contact anymore and more balls either pop up or groundballs. Swing needs help and maybe his size isn't doing him favors
  7. 2-1 meatball for Kirk with the bases loaded...whiff then popping
  8. Good thing Wacha hasn't been dominantly changeup. We still suck vs them
  9. Romano the best reliever in baseball the last 3 years is wild given how much he gets crapped on lol
  10. Crazy how many middle pitches we have done nothing with already this game
  11. Underperforming Jays players have become the norm sadly. Varsho might be breaking that mold though
  12. So you fall in the misguided idiot robot category, got it
  13. Also that all isnt going to happen for a bit, but fun to dream
  14. Clement is a utility backup, Biggio's numbers last I looked are awful the deeper you dive. He is being propped up by huge luck, IKF is an overpaid backup. They are all stop gaps early in the season
  15. C: Jansen/Kirk 3B: Vlad SS: Bo 2B: Orelvis 1B: Horwitz LF: Schneider CF: Varsho RF: Barger DH: Springer/Turner YOLO
  16. Gotta hope Tiedemann was just inflammation and they are working on what may have caused it and how to get better quickly, etc
  17. Definitely. Maybe it comes from the unknown IP limit the Jays have. 55 IP in 2022, 0 in 2023, already 14 in 2024. Hasn't thrown 100 IP since 2018. We might be looking at 60-70 IP and they want it later in the season like you said
  18. Been known since the signing, shouldn't shock anyone
  19. Jimenez isn't a great defender and in close to 40 AAA games is hitting. 200 with 1 HR and 4 2Bs. Has only 16 HRs in 6 minor league seasons. I wouldn't count on him contributing as a starter next season yet
  20. He sits 93-95 and has touched 97 this season. Even in this start he was throwing mostly 94s. Last 2 batters he dropped to 88-91 on 4 fastballs. Hence the injury. Also the slider and curveball are the top offspeed pitches. Just working on the changeup
