  1. first two outings mean jack all. If he's still doing this in 2 or 3 weeks, they'll start caring.
  2. I just hope this does get released publicly, of which there is no guarantee.
  3. So you and I have the same roster except you have Kratz, I have Thole and you have Rogers in the rotation with Redmond in the pen, I have the reverse. Save for injuries, there really aren't any surprises that could happen.
  4. If they hype Murphy up enough, they could easily trade him to try and fill one of their glaring IF holes
  5. 8 left in the game Casey, let's get he starters back in the bloody game please
  6. Love Hansbrough. Minimal talent but plays so tough and gives you everything he's got whenever he's on the floor
  7. Interesting strategy by Casey here leaving our second unit out against Curry
  8. Curry is just amazing. Everything he does looks easy.
  9. Been watching JV this whole game, he just doesn't establish his position under the offensive rim well enough
  10. Gotta keep feeding JV
  11. It's interesting, when the Yanks had their run of home grown stars, posada, Jeter, pettitte, they had many of the same talent development guys that are now with the Rays
  12. Anywhoo SP Dickey, Morrow, Buehrle, Happ, Redmond BP Janssen, Santos, McGowan, Delabar, Cecil, Loup, Rogers, Jeffress - I think AA goes with 8 man pen Navarro, Thole Encarnacion, Lind, Reyes, Izturis, Goins, Lawrie Bautista, Cabrera, Rasmus, Sierra
  13. Who'd you DFA to make room for Kawasaki?
  14. Gose too passive there, not sure what pitch he was waiting for
  15. Can't wait to see Billy Hamilton's top speed
  16. Meh, took a Viagra and it got stuck in his throat. No biggie
  17. http://www.bluejaysmessageboard.com/threads/2323-SSAC14-is-today-and-the-MLBAM-showed-some-cool-things
  18. Unless the ump is that Angel Fernandez, CB Bucknor, Joe West, or Bob Davidson. Then it's okay
  19. Atlanta and Washington might run out of pitchers today. 15-12 in the bottom of the 6th with 1 out and the bases loaded. Washington batting. Atlanta put up 9 in the 5th, has 20 hits overall. Washington has 9 hits and has committed 4 errors.
  20. Yup. I'll take the quiet confidence, the guy that only speaks up when absolutely necessary, doesn't embarrass people in front of the team and leads by example. Fiery guys, while useful in certain situations, will generally have a short shelf life of getting along with other players and end up creating tension. If the talents and skills are equal, take the guy who can control himself rather than fly off the handle at strike 3.
  21. Solid single followed by two no-doubt stolen bases, but hard to know how much effort the pitcher was actually putting in to hold him on.
