  1. Morales with a hamstring strain is just his body asking for mercy.
  2. Rekt! Though I'm half disappointed that Tabby called it and all the idiots out there will think he's smart for it.
  3. Smoak had no idea there...when you take centre cut gas for strike 3 that's a problem
  4. This ump is highly influenced by whether you hit your spot or not.
  5. Wow, good thing Mancini doesn't have that s*** ump from St Louis the other day or he would have tossed for that harmless bat toss
  6. Lol. Honesty is refreshing
  7. Happ is dealing, bjt damn he needs to finish these guys off earlier in the count if he's gonna last 5
  8. That's fair. He definitely should have taken the first pitch after a 4 pitch walk to Pillar. I mean, like, do you know how s***** pitches have to be for Pillar to walk? Let alone on 4 straight....
  9. See that strikeout pitch there, well above the zone and never started it near the zone. That's just a s*** approach by the hitter,
  10. He spiked his throw into the dirt and it bounced towards the bag. It would have to be a speed demon for that not to be an error
  11. Of course, but at some point you also have to give the pitcher credit for throwing good pitches
  12. You realize the entire point of pitching is to throw pitches that look like strikes, but aren't, so that hitters swing at them?
  13. Armchair hitting is fun.
  14. To be fair, that breaking ball to Travis was legit filthy
  15. Yeah, though both need to be at higher levels before getting remotely excited. Clemens is 23 and Noda is 22, which is too old for Lansing, even though it's their first year of full season ball. A step up to Dunedin or even New Hampshire would be needed to make the relevant prospects
  16. Does making up degrading nicknames for players that aren't performing well make people think they're clever? Serious question.
  17. On the plus side, with Harper hitting his 6th HR in the 1st inning, he now has more homers than strikeouts and more HR the Dodgers, Rays, Tigers, Royals and Marlins
  18. Yeah but it's missing the top end guys. There's some 50 FV players but nobody that projects to be above that. Granted, Happ, Estrada or Garcia wouldn't be netting a plus prospect anyways.
  19. He's probably an injury away at this point already
  20. That's the other side of the coin. If JD, and those 3 pitchers are all doing well by the deadline there's a better than decent chance to Jays are in a playoff spot and they won't be going anywhere.
  21. I know we don't see how far it went... but that sound of the ball off his bat makes my dick move every time.
  22. And then there's Maitan
  23. There aren't really any pretty prospects (depending on your definition of pretty, quantity vs quality etc) in Anaheim though once you get past Ohtani. Jahmai Jones and Jo Adell are their top guys and neither are rated to have ceilings that would be considered exciting IMO. Of course they could break out this year ...
  24. I'm sure any day now the Bisons will get their season underway after 3 consecutive snow outs. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Game 1 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Game 2 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Players of the day: Kacy Clemens, Sean Reid-Foley, Nash Knight Honorable mentions to Lourdes Gurriel Jr, Bo Bichette, DJ Davis and Joshua Palacios
