  1. Manoah has something seriously wrong with his mechanics, how can they not find the problem?? Manoah right now on the mound looks like Kikuchi did all of last season, with that look of complete non-confidence on his face.
  2. Would have been funnier if Raley went and got the HR ball Vlad hit off him, signed it, and gave it to Vlad saying "You got me."
  3. Yeah, this is the kind of stuff Manoah doesnt need, these runs were very preventable.
  4. Cano definitely changed something, he was pure dogshit for them and Minnesota last season. LIke 10 walks per 9 dogshit. Whatever tweak they made, it worked really well.
  5. Vladdy - 1 Point Bichette - 1 Point - jaysblue Chapman - 2 Points Varsho - 2 Points Belt - 3 Points - John_Havok Kirk - 4 Points Biggio - 5 Points Kiermaier - 6 Points Lukes - 7 Points Off the bench: 10 Points Looks like a Springer/Merrifield pinch hit for either Lukes/Biggio/Belt will happen at some point if the score is close.
  6. I bet you would. Ill take .... Belt
  7. If you dont post for more than 2 days your Home Run Challenge points reset to 0
  8. This just isn’t fair
  9. I missed a bit here, did Jansen hurt himself ?
  10. It could just be as simple as the Jays thinking anything starting out high is a fastball and they’re giving up on it early, just to watch them plunk in, and not really trying to identify the pitch. He could be tunnelling so well off the fastball that his curve is really hard to pick up. At least that’s what I’m going with right now since it gives credit to the ace rather than just assuming the Jays are horrible at pitch recognition.
  11. Great play Raley. Kudos. Bad job on Chappy for not swinging at that hanging curve. Recurring theme!
  12. Vlad should not have swung at that... but we'll take it. RBI
  13. Atta boy Bo.. ready for the meatball that time and gets a double. easy stuff (lol)
  14. Lukes lost both of those pop ups in the ceiling... good thing Clement was around.
  15. I mean, it's not out of the realm of possibility. Humans all fall into patterns
  16. It doesnt help that Kikuchi is all over the place tonight.
  17. Another 3 hangers not even offered at that inning. Hard to beat a guy when you're not swinging at the heart of the plate offerings. I get that he's pretty good and has some deception but some of thesse meatballs need to be mashed.
  18. Im not quite convinced yet. they might just have the greatest advanced scouting system in the game by far... always seems like the hitters know exactly how they are going to be pitched and are ready for everything thrown their way. And i dont mean sign stealing or pitch comm interception or stuff like that, just that maybe their video guys have built such a perfect way to scout opposing pitcher's tendencies to throw a certain pitch here, then a different one there, pitch sequencing predictions etc.
  19. Hopefully. Just looking at the approaches of the two teams, Tampa is just always ready to hit mistakes. Jays are really just looking and looking like theyre going to wait him out or something. Hanging lsider to a lefty... mashed. Hanging change to Siri... murdered. Mclanahan has throw 5 pitches in the heart of the plate and has only had 1 swing on them, Springer's first hack at the fastball.
  20. f***in hell - Kooch has 0 changeup tonight. everything wide arm side
