  1. The second pitch to Colabello was literally touching the down the middle zone on gameday.
  2. Ohlendorf's delivery seems to have us a bit befuddled in this series.
  3. A rubber armed knuckleballer is cruising in a lopsided game at less than 80 pitches and gets pulled. I don't understand this.
  4. The eye test certainly backs up those numbers. The difference between him and Martin, even with the knuckler, is quite distinct.
  5. I don't understand why we would take Dickey out. He's not even at 70 pitches yet.
  6. All I said was that he hasn't done much against us and that is absolutely true. Four starts, 4 homers, 11 runs, maybe a touch better than average.
  7. Most of those were with Colby Lewis from what I saw. I'm surprised he wasn't more visibly upset.
  8. Dickey's pitch count and performance makes me think he can give us 7.
  9. Keuchel has never done much against us and the rest of the staff is pretty meh. We'd score a lot of runs against the Astros. I also think that Price and Stro would dominate against a feast or famine lineup.
  10. The Royals for the entertainment factor. There isn't a team that I find more boring than the Astros. Of course, the Astros have far less talent so there's that. I still voted KC.
  11. Today we're getting a vary favourable zone, the total opposite of what we had with Carapazza. Obviously I'm not upset at this, but I could completely understand if Rangers fans were. There should be enough good umps to find consistency in the postseason and we're not seeing it at all.
  12. We're getting a very, very favourable zone, just to be fair after my comments on Friday.
  13. Holy crap, what an absurd strike zone against Tulo. He's like the opposite of Carapazza.
  14. Thank you Jeff Bannister! No harm done my Jose. You take the outs with the aggressive plays, it happens.
  15. I really hope we can get Diekman and Dyson in there for a couple of innings each.
  16. Please Bannister let Edwin get a shot at Holland.
  17. What a genius move batting Gordon 8th. Otherwise, he wouldn't have been up to drive in the go-ahead run. I wish we had Ned Yost...
  18. Oh man, that knuckler is in prime form. If he goes deep into this game, the Dickey effect will be in full force on Wednesday.
  19. Bannister is a goof for still having Holland in there. You could tell he was toast after watching the big 3 look so comfortable.
