  1. Actually, both you and JH tend to use some subtle condescending snark. Like a little kid that messes with their sibling when no one is looking and then acts astonished to mom when they retaliate.
  2. Yeah, I’d have to hear some other names, but I’d put Bo way up the list of most overrated assets in OBP leagues, after he stopped stealing. But I imagine I’d look at it that sane as someone that has him. He was a Too 15 asset not long ago, so people will just hold him.
  3. Have I mentioned to you guys that I have Spencer Spaghetti on my dynasty team. Enjoying the mlb.com clips
  4. I knew he had 2 club options. Didn’t realize for what. A bit too much I guess but much better than any Justin Turner play.
  5. In all honestly, don’t remember the trade, but Jays made more sense than most to chase the offensive upside. Of course, not an option with that defense. Jays know what they’re doing
  6. Ah. I just noticed it too. Makes sense none of you would catch me on it. Almost would’ve gotten away with it too, if not for darn Tom Tango and Scooby Doo. I’ll beat him in the next debate, I’m not worried about it.
  7. Maybe you can dig up the post where you found you balls…or you’re still searching for them?
  8. Zero embarrassment. We learn new stuff all the time. Only God is all knowing, my friend. When someone can make a point, always take it in. Most people just argue like a brick wall, until they’re blue in the face. So my ongoing problem with wRC+, was really cleared up learning they how the formulate Park Factor separate. I thought it was like fly balls and batted data stuff. It’s still imperfect like anything else, but there’s not the hole to drive a truck through in wRC+ I thought there was. Did I ever claim if a took a quiz against the Poindexters in Baseball Sabr, that I’d win? I don’t believe I have ever done that, Spank-off. Do you want to try digging up where I did?
  9. Bro, like 20m after my first post I was like “oh snap, I was getting hitters wRC+ mixed up with park factor”.. was hoping it slid. You got me Whitey Bulger style though. I can respect the determination
  10. It depends how bad it is behind the scenes. Like if he’s demanding a trade, which is possible and they’re keeping it under wraps, toxic locker room they could need to factor in
  11. Yeah, not optimal for sure. I’m sure they’ll posture they’re totally willing to keep him, but there’s an expected discount in there for sure now.
  12. Yeah, man. And Duran never said that word in his life. At least I read he did his apology interview with a “f*** em” t-shirt on
  13. Sorry to bring up Donald Trump. But honestly can’t think of anyone else that when the heat starts getting hot, doubles and triples down and doesn’t give a s***. Bassitt did what everyone in every profession does when there’s heat. Very likely discussed the matter with Jays PR before the next comment
  14. Stay in your lane, Poindexter. When someone gets offended, look for the Bat signal and do your thing.
  15. There’s going to be different models but the Fantrax one did not calculate it that way.
  16. Pretty easy. https://www.forbes.com/sites/tonyblengino/2023/10/13/coors-field-retakes-its-position-as-most-hitter-friendly-park-in-mlb/ Why is that Forbes, idk
  17. Suck on that one, Spanky. Who owned who last year, mate.
  18. 1000% they changed the formula. You can see on Wikipedia even it was changed. It did not include the teams road contests. I absolutely got the better of Tom Tango last year in our debate, and he got his ass back in the kitchen and then made some calls. You’re welcome
  19. Whoa whoa. Did you just use my common talking point?
  20. ConnorP guy. I inherited a rebuilding team, so he wasn’t in the plans this time around
  21. As it’s sports related, I guess I was just in amazement of what a racket sports ticket trading is. Or on the flip side, a brilliant idea when people got on the ground floor. Typically I only go to baseball games. $100-150 usually gets me great seats at most stadiums. Basketball obviously a bit more and I’ve laid out. Don’t feel the fees quote as hard but $1000 for a couple $1500 tickets is some bs
  22. They sent the Jays home in a sweep and raped the Toronto Front Office of their confidence and vision. It set off a tailspin of incompetence of who knows what proportion. Seattle is playing meaningful games, the Jays are on an extended vacation in Iceland trying to find themselves in nature with AAAA scrubs. Maybe laugh a little less
  23. Pretty crazy Eloy Jimenez is now a 10hr guy. 70/80 power to 10hr power. Probably the most disappointing fantasy asset, all things considered, I can remember having
  24. Don’t you still get Apple TV for buying a pizza? Or did they graduate from that now?
  25. I just got a little “black person rich” to say it proper. Laid out $4k for 2 seats to UFC 307 in Salt Lake. Well, $1500 tickets and then service charge, taxes, and fees. What would good 100 level seats (within say 10 rows) to Jays World Series run?
