  1. Aaron Judge and Trout make $4-5/m douche. Baseball players don’t make that.
  2. Seems to check out. Even “The View”, your likely source, is accurate sometimes I guess
  3. I trust your sources about as much as I trust flying space pigs. That’s an unlikely amount for any bb player. But if it was true, I’d assume a lot comes from overseas.
  4. He should charge a stallion fee. May be more lucrative than autograph signings
  5. Mets going to sign Vladdy brother. A Trade makes more sense now lol
  6. I saw the Andre Dawson thing mentioned here but just read an article on it. I always thought the player got to pick his hat. Like McGriff recently. Guess not obviously
  7. I’m guessing 13/520 as max deal, maybe 12/500
  8. Ohtani’s agent loves the Jays. Every time they call he’s probably thinking that’s another $10m LA will pay
  9. Well, the issue at hand is fast food. As someone said, there has to be a breaking point somewhere. I get my precooked meals at the local grocery store for like $3-$6 on sale for 30-70% off before they expire. Fast food is just nuts though. If I go to Jersey Mike, the big sub is like $20 lol. So you’re forced to eat less like you’re a fattie. I like my food. There’s a reason for the fast food craziness, but we know where that rabbit hole leads
  10. Going completely OT, I just got a Chick filet breakfast combo for $9 and I get this little tiny chicken slider and toddler sized box of hashbrowns. Should’ve came with crayons at least Suburb pricing too. Not an airport or something.
  11. Well, only the steroid thing is logic, and even that is somewhat murky as it’s debatable how widespread it was. Advanced training should go both ways with hitting and pitching. Probably it’s the ball more than anything
  12. I wonder if you can get reverse odds at any books. Where he doesn’t sign.
  13. He won’t get $50m AAV. Do you want to bet, meatsack?

    NFL Thread

https://www.yahoo.com/sports/browns-vets-hilariously-strap-rookie-001302115.html Every once in awhile I do think like a lib. How is it still a thing where it’s hilarious and funny to stick the rookies with a $40k dinner bill? Especially in the NFL with non-guaranteed contracts, uneducated players, and stats showing like 70% are broke when they’re done. Pretty terrible and I’m surprised the NFL doesn’t fine teams for it. Seems like a stretch that they would but maybe not. All the comments say the same thing. Not sure how it’s funny
  15. What are you lol’ing for you cuck? Go take an icy bath in your Eskimo neighbors frozen pond, while wearing your gay French Speedo, eh?
  16. I keep forgetting there’s not a positional adjustment but it’s so surprising he has that much offensive value with the numbers he has and lousy baserunning, and not even in a pitchers park
  17. I tried to trade for JA a handful of times with you, loser. Try again
  18. Spanky, can you post that Forest Gump GIF “are you stupid or something” for me. I’d appreciate it
  19. What happened to the league where .260 avg, .800 OPS, and terrible base-running can still be so valuable at 3b.
  20. LaMelo was looking way better than his brother, but looks like he’ll have the same issues staying on the court. Lonzo knee, LaMelo ankle
  21. Essentially the running theme is you have an affinity for guys that were good before you went to the clink. I used to have this issue in fantasy bb, holding on to guys too long
  22. Similar to SD, they got f***ed on their tv deal.
  23. If they talk this pre-season, it’ll be based on 2023. So his next chance will be 2025
  24. Well one area that is reported by non-mystery men that is contradictory, is that the Jays and Vlad have discussed an extension. There has been mutual interest in a long term extension, just at different figures. It was discussed when it usually is, prior to the season starting. Many times players/teams kill the talk during the season as it can be distracting. They’ll likely talk again this year, but I’m sure Vlad isn’t getting any closer to the numbers he wanted
