I can get why sexual assault victims don’t want to put themselves through a trial and charges but don’t understand why they would not want to do that but be ok with doing the same thing for civil court

Yeah I’m not saying there’s not validity to all that. Sometimes these pro teams defy common sense. I know the GSW paid $85m just in luxury tax to sign Kelly Oubre. Can’t compare the two obviously but what we do know is how the Dodgers went after Bauer knowing their situation, as well as the fact that at worst the Price contact is neutral (their contract 2/32 or whatever), so if they wanted to dump him that prob could’ve happened rather easily to a number of teams

LAD pays him like $15m year, right? If I’m a giant market club I’m not sure I give that away. Great SP depth certainly doesn’t hurt, especially this year with the IP issues for everyone

Has anyone had success in 5x5 leagues? In playing money leagues it seems that’s the only choice for H2H. The last time I did it I drafted horribly but besides that I was unsure what the best strategy was. Usually I take P later and I punt SB and SV to boot so it’s not a natural fit

What else would he say, at least if he doesn’t work for Seattle and values his job? There’s always stuff that needs fine tuning- that couple weeks of fine tuning that coincidently pushes you just across the service time threshold That said, in this case I think it’s legit but just saying even if it wasn’t, he’d be saying same thing

Really weird there was a K9 handy, or made available, for a minor traffic infraction. There’s prob more to the story somewhere. Also, if that’s a Cubs bag it’s not good journalism if they don’t get a nice shot of the logo. Obviously was the cops snapping it
