    Listen, he’s a solid player and if he puts up 3ish WAR as his D declines a little, he’ll serve someone well… but Jays will need to find sneaky ways to improve if they’re signing Vlad and Bo with the other stuff on the books

    Chapman will likely regress to the mean, even in the contract year. He could go ice cold at any time. Still a solid player but hopefully Jays stay away. With the inability to develop any hitting prospects, not only stars but even Mlb quality, it seems signing both Vlad and Bo is really the only way to compete long term.

    Yeah, but you also let the big Jansen circle jerk last season fool you. Give him another 100 ABs and he’d be back to what he is. A 160 wRC+ bat one month and 70 the next two. League average

    Yeah, agreed on Judge. Doesn’t have the Jeter douche-ness to him, or the A-Rod phoniness. I don’t root for him by any means, but no reason to root against him. Yankees losing is enough. Doesn’t need to be more specific, unless it’s a easily hatable player

    I’m sure the Celtics will win their series but I saw when they were up 2-0 they were -10000 to win the series. I’m not sure what that means the other odds are (+$8500?), but there’s worse ways to blow $100 on a bet I was thinking
