    He's been fantastic out of the pen, but if the return on JD was a reliever (albeit an excellent one so far) I would not be thrilled.

    No thanks on pitching prospects. If they're going to trade JD (or Stroman/Sanchez which I doubt) I want position prospects back. Arms will break your heart.

    Wow, didn't realize that was all they had tied up for next year. I wonder if they could be big players in the 2018 FA class? The farm is nice, but lots of prospects don't pan out. Not a fan of most of their pitching prospects either.

    Rutherford himself is a pretty good return on Frazier and not having to pay Robertson 13M next year.
