    There's really no answer to this. It depends what you want him to be. He could also just learn to miss more bats. Lucroy effect? Russ Martin effect for Sanchez hopefully? If he's going to miss as few bats as Doug Fister though, then he needs to come way down. We don't really know what his SP SwStr% would be, see.

    UPDATE (2:40 pm E.T.): If Hector Olivera needs Tommy John surgery, there will be an extra year and $1 million added to Olivera's contract, according to an industry source. It is currently unclear whether or not he'll need Tommy John surgery, but one source says "he does have something" wrong within his elbow. Interesting. Dodgers probably are assuming that he needs surgery, which explains this signing in light of the 2015 roster having 2B and 3B already plugged.

    Anyway, that Ramon Martinez thing came about because a scout comped Castro to him last night in Rosenthal's article He's like a version of Marco Estrada that throws a bit harder, but is somehow worse.
