    Carrera pretending to be a power hitter by looking for a specific pitch. If would just approach his AB's by thinking gap to gap, that 2-1 high change up would have been smoked, instead he buckles and takes it. Pathetic..

    This is the best scenario moving forward. Colabello to AAA. Ceciliani would be an upgrade over Carrera, but management may want him to get everyday AB's in AAA for another few months. I think he's talented enough not to be sitting on the bench rotting, so playing ever day and staying sharp would be beneficial, as he would be the first called up if an outfielder goes down to an injury. In the interim, Lake would probably be an upgrade over Carrera at this point. At least he can be wasted as a pinch hitter vs a tough LHP late in games for Goins. Barney remains as the back up infielder.
