    Why would EE freeze on Tulo's hit when it was blatantly clear it was going to drop in. The ball was 15-20 in the air when it went by the base bath and was clearly going to drop. Horrible.

    If Tulo was leading off, with the bases empty, would he see a 2-0 off speed pitch? While batting fifth and Martin or Smoak hitting ahead of him, would he see a 2-0 off speed pitch in the same scenario? Definitely and he has.

    Exactly, this is why using Pillar as an example that you'll get more fastballs batting lead off, or ahead of a good hitter, isn't valid.

    Yeah but any other hitter on our roster would have taken 90% of the off speed pitches that Pillar swung through.

    Yeah I agree. A hot Carrera leading off with Saunders hitting sixth in a RBI spot while getting Tulo some more fastballs isn't the end of the world. Saunders will go back hitting lead in the next few days anyway.

    I have never once said he was a good hitter, just good enough to accommodate his defence and allow him to stick on a 25 man. This has been an established fact since my lobbying for this guy since day one. These juvenile attempts to get a rise out of me using false facts is simply that, juvenile. I couldn't give a flying f*** if Ryan Goins falls flat on his face and never plays in the bigs ever again. I'll still go on enjoying baseball and being a huge Blue Jays fan.

    Since you can't simply put two and two together, I'll spell it out for you. I personally have never experienced the name Devon referred to as Devo except for Devon White, despite knowing several people named Devon. Is that simply put for you? Sorry if that's sounds odd to you.

    All the Devon named people I've ever known have just been called Devon, Dev, or Von. I've known several people named Devon also. None of them were nick named Devo. Strange..
