    I don't think Jacoby is happy with what is going on, because he himself was good at hitting these types by using the whole field with a good approach. I just think he's getting tired of his job and has lost the desire to preach to established hitters.

    Not being able to adjust against these types is an issue.

    Yeah.. Sometimes during a lifeless game, a successful drag bunt base hit can serve as a momentum shift, especially if the hitter is a SB threat. Sometimes just getting a pitcher into the stretch can help the offense.
