  1. I think he'll let the game play out for a few more innings.
  2. I think he lost his ability to locate. You can half ass your way from AAA to the bigs with only two pitches, as long as you can consistently locate while sitting at 92-93. If you can't locate or command, it doesn't matter how hard you throw, you'll get roasted in the MLB.
  3. Location, location, location. His secondaries have also vanished, although he had a nice change in his last start.
  4. That's how you throw a strike to home plate Travis!!
  5. We really need to shorten up with two strikes vs Tanaka.
  6. Wilner knew it was Gibby and just went with it. Listen to him chuckle when he seemingly recognizes Gibby's voice near the beginning.
  7. Why? The people here who think Barney is a better defender than Goins are really not worth the argument.
  8. Official scorer gave douchbag Ellesbury a SB on that? LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL
  9. Why would Bautista even take the chance with two out?
  10. Receiving over 120 pitches is a large enough sample. There's not a significant difference from one game to the next, he is what he is.
  11. Are you not watching the game (lol)? You seriously don't need years of data to determine if a catcher is a decent framer. Just look at how he receives pitches, and from what i've seen so far, he's decent. Blocks the ball well also, good fundamentals all around defensively. Would like to see his arm on display though.
  12. Damn, Goins with some bad babip luck tonight. Four crushed balls, one hit.
  13. No worries, i rewound but i thought i had changed the channel. The count was 1-2, Ellesbury is a ****.
  14. Never mind, i rewound. The count was 1-2, shocking. Ellesbury special. I see a lot of players take those types of swings where they are leaning back a bit when they're behind on the count. Ellesbury needs a fastball to the rib cage next time up, if feasible.
  15. Just curious, but what was the count on Ellesbury?
  16. Yep, at least he got it back.
  17. Maile on deck, less than two outs with runners on second and third. It was the right call giving Goins the green light.
  18. Hey, how about that Goins kid..
