Gunner is hitting sixth in the top of the ninth. It'll be cool if he gets another shot at the cycle. I think he deserves it and the baseball Gods should make it so.

Respect to Gunner for not holding up at first for a single and the cycle, instead he pretty easily took second for the double. The dugout was all over him on why he didn't stop at first. Gunner plays the game the right way, looks good on the kid.

Given the fact that we're in a tight race and everything will be magnified the rest of the way, you'd think you would want to improve and have the best plsyers available. This ******** respect Ross and some other GMs give to players such as Espinal is mind blowing.

Maybe a day or two off and give Schneider a few starts. Being Chapman is in a contract year, Ross wouldn't dare take potential bread off his table.

Should Clement not replace Espinal's role at this point? Clement is a 27 year old utility man who is destroying AAA this season. 3/4 with a HR today and is now hitting .361/.995. What else does he have to do?
