I'll take my chances with Romine bases loaded with one out every time. I know Urshela isn't a good hitter historically but he's having a good year. Always expecting him to return to his mean in these situations is stupid with the likes of Romine on deck.

If Giles is hurt as a result of being overused, both Montoyo and Atkins should be canned.

It's the GMs job to manage his assets properly, especially arguably your best trade chip two weeks before the the trade deadline. Montoya is an idiot, but the blame falls on Atkins.
