I think I would have sat the struggling Grichuk tonight versus Cole, Gurriel in LF and DH Tellez. A pitcher like Cole could send Grichuk on a further spiral.

Just flip Grichuk with Gurriel already. No f***ing awareness in recognizing when Grichuk is going through his normal cold spells.

That pitch to Gardiner was not a good pitch. Gardiner has no power and can't catch up to a fast ball. You never throw a slider down and in to a LHB, it's too risky as it's easy to drop the barrel on it. I don't know why young pitchers are afraid to use their fastball, especially when they throw 95+
