Nice to see some offensive contributions from the catcher's spot lately.

The fact that we will probably lose Semien to FA, Shatkins needs to address the order after the clean up spot. I wouldn't count on Grichuk, Gurriel and Biggio for much next year. With the roster as is and without Semien, Kirk is the most logical choice to bat fifth. This needs to improve.

Let's just hope he gets rid of him in the off season, because that's not a guarantee. If Shatkins still chooses to allow Montoya to run the team next season, all faith will be lost with management. -

You got to think they get something done, especially with all the young talented players that have recently emerged. Way too much money would be lost and the league can't allow fan interest to go down the tubes. -
