Melky already fessed up and and has served his suspension. According to a lawyer just on Sirius, they can not suspend him again.
Lawyer is highly doubtful that other than the names being out there, that suspensions will hold up in court. Firstly, Bosch is receiving financial support for talking, and that never goes over very well. Secondly, names may be in the records, but MLB has no proof that the players took it. Someone on the list (can't remember which player) is linked because someone in his financial office was named.
Said that MLB is pursuing this for appearances. FWIW
