    Yeah its funny, so many things that coaches try to teach you when you're young are so completely wrong. I went and watched some other players' swings, and yeah alot lift the back foot. Maybe not so much as Tulo in that GIF but yeah its visible.

    How is The Show different from any other sports game? They all have marginal improvements year to year. Even with NBA 2k vs Live, or Fifa vs PES.

    Just noticed something weird with his new swing. He lifts his back foot/pivot foot and brings it forward a good 8 inches or so in the middle of the swing. Isn't the back foot usually planted and used to push off of? Kinda weird

    I am. Just the tone and attitude he displays in his interviews. He's coming off as super entitled and making it seem like the organization "ows him".

    I personally don't give a s*** who plays for the Blue Jays, as long as they are competitive. They could completely gut the team every 2 years and I would still cheer for them. I don't see the need to keep Bautista. He is going to cost way more than what he's worth. He's given us a great 8 years, but its time to part ways.

    A funny end to this debacle would be if Bautista fails to hit 25 homeruns this season and doesn't manage to crack 3 WAR.

    I wouldn't be surprised to see a team like Houston or LAA interested in Bautista.

    Yeah Bautista has always been pretty bad with the media. He has a big mouth. I'm just waiting for the inevitable complaints about the Turf now.

    Yes, that was another time. Thanks for reminding me. It was when we had that stretch with the bullpen blowing alot of games. Bautista basically trashed the relief pitchers

    He's done it a few times, most recently with Goins in that ALCS game popup. A veteran should say "yeah there was some miscommunication, I should have gone after it." Instead he says "there was no miscommunication. You saw what happened"

    I personally don't even want him back after his comments. He's always been a bit annoying with his whining at every strikeout, and throwing his teammates under the bus. Now he's trying to get the fans to turn on the front office. He's being an ass. I'm thankful for what he's done for us the last few years and for the value he's given. But it's time for him to f*** off.
