  1. I agree. Downtown Toronto is way better than most of the other big cities like NY, Chicago, LA, etc. I just visited Vancouver (stayed downtown for like a week) and the amount of homeless/crackheads was very noticeably worse than Toronto. I didn’t even go anywhere near the supposed “bad parts” of downtown Vancouver. Views were great and the weather was nice but its not worth it IMO
  2. Lol yeah. Part of Tapia’s problem IMO is he is very lazy majority of the time. He always looks like he’s dogging it in the OF and on the bases, especially on groundouts. Like my dude, speed is the one thing you do well you need to bust your ass down that line every single time. He could easily have a handful of infield hits if he put more effort in.
  3. Are you serious? 2 batters into the game and you said “that could be game” Its already tied now going into the 2nd. Maybe stop being a moron
  4. Evidently you watch so you can bitch and complain about everything
  5. August 14 Vladdy - 1 Point - JFD, Deadpool Kirk - 2 Points - Chapman - 2 Points - Hernández - 2 Points - Omar Gurriel Jr - 4 Points - Dylan Merrifield - 5 Points - Biggio - 6 Points - JaysAllMighty Espinal - 6 Points - Tapia - 8 Points - Stangstag Off the bench: 10 Points -
  6. I don’t think it was fair to EXPECT Vlad to hit 40+ again this year. 30-40 range is fair
  7. 30ish sounds right. Well north of 30 in August would have been expecting too much IMO.
  8. Finally on the board wow
  9. More frustrating than last year? Idk. Both years have been extremely annoying though outside of a few good win streaks
  10. August 13 Vladdy - 2 Points - Jays4life19 Bichette - 4 Points - JaysAllMighty Kirk - 4 Points - P2F Chapman - 4 Points - Hernández - 4 Points - Stangstag Gurriel Jr - 8 Points - Dylan Jansen - 8 Points - Omar Espinal - 12 Points - Tapia - 16 Points - Off the bench: 20 Points -
  11. Seattle, Tampa, Toronto
  12. Crazy how quickly this flipped
  13. This aged well lol
  14. Are we even watching the same team? Jays very regularly come back and at least make these types of games close. Not today unfortunately
  15. You are insufferable
  16. August 12 Vladdy - 1 Point - Bichette - 2 Points - Omar Kirk - 2 Points - Chapman - 2 Points - Deadpool Hernández - 2 Points - Bradley - 4 Points- Gurriel Jr - 4 Points - Dylan, JFD Merrifield - 5 Points - P2F, Stangstag Biggio - 6 Points - JaysAllMighty Off the bench: 10 Points -
  17. I really don’t think it will be that close at all. Maybe homefield advantage/WC1 decided on the last day of the season. I don’t see Baltimore coming close to a wildcard spot when all is said and done
  18. How can you complain about the Berrios contract? EVERYONE thought it was a great extension at the time given his age and track record. It still could be a great contract. Who tf could know that Berrios would s*** the bed in 2022
  19. Yep I agree. And I can’t argue with it honestly. 2015-16 was “all in” and they didn’t even make it to the WS. I’ll take perennial contention (making the playoffs each year) over that any day. Only time will tell if the “perennial contention” model is even sustainable or not. If the team is back to hovering around 80ish wins by 2025… then yeah I would’ve preferred going all in for 2022.
