    There isn’t really a single playoff team that doesn’t have a solid LHH in the middle of their lineup (other than Toronto). I know the LHP/RHP splits but it still needs to be addressed IMO

    Yeah its the outfield areas being addressed this offseason, and then the infield/bases levels are being renovated and getting new seats next offseason

    They really held onto the right guys in Bregman and Altuve. Smart FO

    2 guys in the top 10 for position player WAR and 2 guys in the top 10 for pitching WAR. The Alvarez/Altuve/Bregman/Tucker/Valdez core is strong (plus Verlander)

    Its just unfortunate that Gausman was in that jam in the first place. He seemed rusty to start that inning and I think the 30ish minutes on the bench between innings is why he wasn’t sharp. But yes he settled in and looked good against Haniger and Frazier. I don’t mind going to the pen there since he had almost given up a homer to Santana in his last at bat. Mayza wasn’t a good choice though. Also sucks Espinal had that error in the first that cost Gausman about 10 extra pitches. Maybe he stays in longer with a lower pitch count there in the 6th. They managed the game like they have all year. Maybe they should have managed it differently. Idk. If game 3 happened the pen would have been cooked.

    That would be a mistake IMO. Send him to the bullpen and stop thinking about using him as a starter. Can’t rely on the dude to stay healthy

    Yeah just off the top of my head, he had a rough end to the season. Same with Mayza. Unfortunately seems most of our bullpen was struggling towards the end and ultimately that’s what sunk us. Just try to add another arm or two and hope the bullpen is better next year. And we desperately need innings from the back end of the rotation to keep the BP fresh. All those Mitch White starts in the last couple weeks might have f***ed us

    Looks like they removed the seats from the concrete floor, but the seats are all still attached together. I guess the 200 OF level is being pushed back to make the 100s outfield more spacious and open

    Patrick Corbin too. Idk it’s probably like 50/50. 2019 Kershaw blew it out of the pen, 2020 he was great
