    Biggio feels like a guy the Rays would snag somehow, have him put up a 5 WAR season hitting 3rd in the lineup, then trade him again for 2 pitching prospects, 1 of which wins cy young in his rookie year.

    He didn’t though?? The only rumored failed test is from the 2003 report (the same one Ortiz allegedly tested positive) He was mainly suspended for his involvement in the Biogenesis thing, not for failing any tests.

Oh and the “good guy” requirement only became a thing like 40 years ago, so if you were a Klan member in the 30s it didn’t matter.
