    I must admit im not too familiar with the situation, but Jomboy and other NY guys have been talking about it. Cabrera has been a disaster in LF in the playoffs

    Trying to fit Cabrera into the lineup in LF, now playing him at SS instead of IKF when IKF has been struggling for months… lots of people saying Cabrera should have had regular play time at SS for the last month or so of the season.

    The whole Cabrera/IKF situation is troubling though. Speaks to a disconnect between the front office and coaches IMO.

    I agree, but again Bass faced 3 batters and gave up 3 hits. Lots of people to blame for that loss

    Its definitely Bass’ fault he couldn’t get a single f***ing out when we were up by 4 runs. Sure blame the defense for 1 hit, but he’s gotta get some swing and miss.

    Well, if you just combine Jansen’s 2022 and 2021 that’s 140 games and 4 WAR. He is definitely capable of 4-5 WAR if he remains healthy. That’s a big if though. He has already shown he may be an injury-prone player and never play over 100 games. If the front office is worried about his health going forward, you definitely trade him for Urquidy.

    The Phillies are such a bleh team with a few exciting players. Harper, Realmuto, Nola, Wheeler…. Maybe Schwarber. Rest of the team is average Hopefully the Padres win

    If im AZ I don’t see a point in diminishing Gallen’s value by bundling him with Bumgarner. Gallen straight up for Moreno seems fair
