    Well they’re probably losing Judge and Rizzo, 2 guys that will be extremely hard to replace at their 2022 salary cost… gonna assume Nestor won’t be nearly as good next year. They’ll have money to spend, I expect them to finally address their shortstop hole but they will be missing 2 key bats from 2022. They need to be smart with who they sign.

    Feels like the Yanks HAVE TO sign one of the FA shortstops this year, the position has been unstable for them since Didi left. They’re probably better off letting Judge walk and signing Benintendi + Turner/Correa/Swanson

    Stars and scrubs. They have a great lineup but like 5 DHs that shouldn’t be in the field. Atrocious defense. Idk I’m just salty because the Jays are clearly a better team. But that’s the playoffs, get in and you never know what’ll happen.

    No manager is ever going to say “I should have used X player instead of Y player because Y player failed” The players need to know their manager believes in them. You don’t throw your guys under the bus after the fact (unless its lack of effort or attitude or something)
