  1. You read the first couple sentences and ignored the rest of what I wrote…
  2. Yeah definitely seems that way, and its very puzzling…. If he isn’t out of the rotation by the time Ryu is ready then idk what’s even happening. You can’t justify keeping him in the rotation over Kikuchi
  3. Oh come on, even legit Aces can have a dumpster fire start every now and then. Probably not with 0 Ks but maybe like 2-3. And yeah im not really arguing that giving Manoah another start is the right choice or not, just arguing the decision shouldn’t be made based on 1 bad start since his return to the rotation. If it were up to me he would have been sent to AAA by mid-May and he wouldn’t have been back yet.
  4. He looked good in Detroit though?? Can’t really pull the plug after 1 bad start when we don’t even have a decent replacement. If so then you gotta ask the front office “why did you even bother bringing him back?” Not enough data to know yet if he’s still s***. 1 more start. Coincides with Ryu’s return. Makes sense IMO.
  5. Lol of course its the Mariners… where this whole problem started. I feel like you give him 1 more start to see if the tires fall off again. He looked good against Detroit his 1st start back but then back to terrible last night… i’d give him 1 more. If he sucks next start, he gets replaced by Ryu
  6. He’s such a dumbass. Like dude shut your mouth lol
  7. Yanks, Rays, Orioles all lost yesterday. Good day for the Jays
  8. Yup. Just the f***ing Redsox and Os have changed our season from looking ELITE to Pretty Good
  9. Jays have been healthy yes, but getting extreme underperformance from quite a number of key guys, Vlad/Kirk/Varsho/Manoah/2B
  10. Clearly we don’t fear the Braves whatsoever, spanked their asses easily already. WS Jays/Braves is basically an automatic W
  11. You’re right, these are all clearly handshake deals that were made before the draft or day of. Fits together too cleanly. But its a great job Atkins has done the last few years.
  12. Im totally cool with the Yankees giving up a bunch of prospects to get pieces that will help with their failed playoff run
  13. His swing looks like Ryan Braun’s. Very odd finish
  14. Even just 1 page back has a bunch of complainers (guys you named)
  15. Reds are calling up CES
  16. Berrios wasn’t a rental, he had 1.5 years left. So no, I don’t see the Jays going after a rental unless its a very light return going the other way.
  17. Both Redsox series were dreadful
  18. He had moderate success with the Dodgers and bad luck with the Jays with decent peripherals in 2022. Absolutely terrible year for him and a write-off for 2023 but wouldn’t be surprised to see him provide value as a long-man/5th starter in 2024
  19. Can’t get sent down, which is the only reason he’s on the roster right now
  20. f***ing embarrassing by White jesus christ man
  21. Beautiful AB by Jano. Laid off the low and away strike, swings and drives the good pitch
  22. He’s gotta have leg/foot issues. Looks like a 45 year old man when he runs
  23. That’s where Schneider needs to step in. If he doesn’t, we should assume the team is ok with it. And if John can’t read the room… then idk what to say
